The facade, as well as the towers , is of tho
plateresque style. The plan is the same as that
of' th'e Compañia, being an imitation of that J e -
uit temple,

e., in the form of a Latin Cross o

one nave, with six high chapels, one cross arch,
whereon is raised
a
handsome cupola, and a
chapel of the chancel.
Interior
On each side of the entrance are found the
coat of arms of the. founders, but the pictorial
ornamentation is destroyed.
In the vestry are the portraits of the two
Molinedos. Among the most interesting and
beautiful of the tablets ""'hich have been preserved
are those of he principal altar and the Chapels
of the CroHs. The pulp· , a notable work of the

La Almuclena
From the street of the Hospital, or of San
Pedro, one ascends toward the Almudena, which
is between the present hospital and the cemetery.
