Chapel of St. Andrew:
This chapel which has its site in the street
of the same name, boasts two notable sculptural
works, representing St.

erome and St. Francis–
co of Asis at prayer,
or
which may be consi–
dered among the best in Cuzco. In this chapel , in
addition to sorne paintings of minor ·mportance,
is a portrai of on of the patriots of the Indepen–
dence.- gustín Chacó .
San Sebastian:
Five kilometers
to
the southeast of Cuzco
stands the temp1'e of St. Sebastián, one of the
handsomest and most notable architectural surv–
ivals of Colonial Cuzco. The facade, which was
the gift of Bishop Molinedo, is most lavishly or–
namented, to an even greater degree than that of
the church of the Compañia. The church was
