Commanders of vessels are to

give immediate notice to the Go–

verno1· of the Island, in case of

any of the crew dese rting, that

they may be apprehended and

returned; and on delivery to their

respective commanders, the Go–

vernor is to receive six dollars

for each person so apprehended.

5.

Ships entering the harbour for

the purpose of refreshing or re–

.fitting only, are to pay the follow–

ing rates:

For the outer harbour..

6 cents per ton .

For the inner harbour.. 1O cents per ton .

For the huoys . . . . . .

2 dollars.

But if a vessel has goods on board

selling at regular sale, the same

rates shall be paid as for trading

ships.

Ships entering the harbour for

the purpose of trading, are to pay

th e following rates :

For tbe outer barbour.. 50 ceuts per ton.

For tbe ioner barbour.. 60 ceuts per ton .

For tbe buoys . . . . . .

Ali vessels at anchor, are forbid–

den to throw their heavy rubbish

in to the harbom·. lt may be car–

riecl on shore .

If

a vessel dischar–

ges its rubbish into the harbour ,
