tude and refreshment. These ruins are situated

in a

~mall

valley through which flows a little

stream, leaving the base of the steep mountain

\vhich protects the site. These constructions were

especially dedicated to religious rites in connec–

tion with . the worship of water, but at other

times festivals of a different nature ·were also

held here.

Style

. The style of these constructions is modern,

or of geometrical regularity, and the walls are

formed of polished medium-sized blacks.
